Believe in yourself and you may be surprised at what you can do. The MS 150 Bike Tour is a reachable goal and only requires a bit of confidence and some training rides.
 Every year nearly 1,000 Ozarks’ area cyclists join together for a 150 mile, two-day ride, to raise money to help fight the devastating disease of multiple sclerosis. Every type of person rides and with the fantastic support of area bike shops and SAG (Support and Gear) wagons, plus a completely stocked rest stop every few miles, truly anyone with a desire can complete this ride.
But it’s a ride, not a race – take your time, you have all day both days – and believe it, when you cross that line after 150 miles and receive your medal, you will experience something akin to pure joy.
Cyclists can choose from a 100 mile ride (a century) on the first day, or even a double century over both days. The routes vary from year to year and spend the night somewhere along the way.
